RIght in the middle of eur area in Rome and close to the Metro station. Clean and comfortable, goiod value for money. Breakfast in the room.
It is located at the first floor in a condo building. This should specified in the description. But it is not a big issue.

Very friendly staff, rooms comfortable and clean, good location with small shops and cafes and right above an ice cream counter! And breakfast served in room.
There was no shower gel provided, just soap, shampoo, shower cap and body lotion and didn't like air freshener in wardrobe. It is not a hotel, just a few rooms in a converted flat. Breakfast lacked variety.

Conveniently positioned in the eur business district of Rome, this micro hotel was an ideal base for attending a conference in the nearby (and much more pricy) Hotel dei Congresi. Rooms had everything you could want, immaculately clean, breakfast of coffee and croissant served in the room, free wifi, powerful shower....

It is near to metro station and many restuarants. Therefore it is very easy to reach historic areas and also to have dinner in near by restuarants which have good quality and reasonable price compared to restuarants in city center. The staff of hotel were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The possibility of watching television in (english) other than news and and the hotek management were very professional, accomodating and professional.
There are very few restaurants close-by that are open at night, however this common in other locations as well.

the room was clean and the staff were very polite.
The hotel is a big appartment converted into a hotel with a few rooms in a very old grey multistory building. It is like a residence type accomodation ( sans kitchen). For the rate, one is much better off in hotels nearby! Breakfast was a plate of brioches and a coffee served at your room as there is no place to host a buffet. The free internet did not work either!

The location is very good and it is beside two metro stations
There is no staff during the day and you have to call them, also no shuttle as described on there site, also no mini bar fridge so if you need anything as cold water for example you cannot find it

The croissant and coffee were wonderful, the rooms very clean, the security very high. We only stayed here before a cruise because it was close to the Sheraton where my mother was staying. This is a business hotel, and if I was in town for business in that area of Rome it would be excellent.
The hotel was hard to find as there is no sign outside until you walk up to the building and look on the buzzer list. Not good for taxi drivers or shuttle drivers. Also need to indicate on Booking address that it is on the 1st floor. I want to stress that the only reason I would not recommend this hotel is that we were only in the location due to its proximity and closeness to the Sheraton...and the cost was very reasonable. It is not really for vacation travellers.

Hotel is small, nice and cozy, placed on a first floor of the house. It is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from eur Fermi metro station. Room is clean and equipped with safe, air conditioning, tv and WiFi. At our arrival there were toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, razor and shaving cream provided. Towels are replaced every day. Breakfast is typical Italian: coffee (very tasty), croissant, biscuits and jam. It is served punctually at hour agreed at the arrival, serving time can of course be changed. Staff is polite and helpful.
Located next to the street with noisy busses. Room is quite small and stuffed, there was additional, unnecessary single bed.

This is a fairly good Β&Β facility with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere near a metro station. The area is ideal for those interested in architecture with the EUR buildings and the new conference center (Nuvola by Fukcas). There are some nice cafes and restaurants as well.
If there is a metro strike the city center cannot be reached...
